| Solid wood puzzle is an important part of the production process of solid wood furniture.With the increase in the proportion of custom models of solid wood furniture,the number of puzzle manufacturing batches directly influences the production cycle and production costs of products.Therefore,this paper takes the puzzle of solid wood wardrobe as the research object.Study the relationship between the types,quantity,production methods,processes,working hours,costs,and other factors,so as to suggest the relationship between production quantity and production cost of puzzles.The results of specific stage studies are as follows:(1)The relationship between the length of the product and the group mode and the overall fixture time is:y=0.0573x+21.277,and R~2=0.8793,y=0.0399x+12.605,and R~2=0.9237,where x It represents the length of a single piece of puzzle,the unit is:mm/mm,y represents the whole clamping time and the unit is:seconds/s.The product and group mode puzzle widths are linearly related to the single overall fixture time,and the relationships are:y=-0.0088x+23.901,and R~2=0.8093,y=0.0074x+6.7989,and R~2=0.9754,where x represents the width of the puzzle,the unit is:mm/mm,y represents the time of single installation of the puzzle in units of seconds/s.(2)The length of the product and group mode puzzles is linearly related to the average work time of the puzzles.The relationship is y=0.003x+1.5268,and R~2=0.8993;y=0.0021x+1.2338,and R~2=0.8328,where x represents the length of the puzzle in mm/mm and y represents the average working hours in minutes/min.(3)Select 97 products in five batches of research companies within one month and found that the group production can reduce production time by 1038.8 minutes compared to product production;the total labor cost is reduced by 966.1 yuan,that is,the labor cost is reduced by 0.85yuan/m2,it is obvious that the group production method is better than the product production.(4)Through the analysis of 39 puzzle parts in batches of 20 products,39 kinds of puzzle parts in the product and group mode,the mathematical relationship of production batch and production time is in line with the linear relationship:y=ax+b,where a is a constant and a>0.The surface area of the puzzle parts under the product and group production mode is a function of a value,and the relational expressions are:y=4.6044x+0.606,and R~2=0.8442,y=4.0968x+0.5021,and R~2=0.9009,where x represents the surface area of the puzzle part and y represents a value.The mathematical relationship of production batch and labor cost is in line with the linear relationship:y=ax+b,where a is a constant and a>0.The surface area of the puzzle parts produced by product and group production is a function of a value,and the relational expressions are:y=4.3257x+0.552,and R~2=0.8444,y=3.7839x+0.4735,and R~2=0.8954,where x represents the surface area of the puzzle part and y represents a value.Through the study of this paper,after the optimization of the movement of parts and industrial engineering,in the production of small batches,the increase in production volume can not only improve production efficiency,reduce production time,but also reduce production costs. |
