Research On Cost Risk Control Of Construction Projects

In developed countries,characteristic towns have become an important mode of urbanization,and living in characteristic towns has become the pursuit of many people.With the rapid development of economic,China is in the process of rapid urbanization,which is the biggest driving force of economic growth at this stage.To increase the developing speed of urbanization,the central government proposed the first batch of 127 demonstration of the feature of the town construction plan.The construction of characteristic town will become a breakthrough in promoting the integration of urban and rural,and add a powerful new energy for sustainable and healthy development of Chinese economy.The new urbanization construction has a long construction period,large amount of investment and uncertainty characteristics,and it develops late in China.The management remains the level of extensive management and passive management.Meanwhile,the cost of risk management of characteristic town mainly focuses on the construction phase of the project,and it lacks of attention to the overall project cost risk evaluation.These problems result in the difficulty in achieving the expected economic benefits.The research aims to evaluate the risk of constructing characteristic towns based on the problems in the risk management.First,it analyzes the background of the characteristic towns and finds out the existing problems.Based on the problems,the object of this paper is evaluating the risk of constructing characteristic towns.The related research is reviewed in detail to get some theories.And then the problems in the risk of constructing characteristic towns are produced and the different aspects to evaluate the risk are determined.To obtain the weight of the evaluate indicators,questionnaires are designed which are sent to related experts.Finally,to test the validity of the proposed models,Tuanbo Town in Tianjin is used to evaluate its risk and policies and suggestions are provided to avoid risks.This paper evaluates the risk of constructing characteristic towns based on the existing theories.A risk evaluation model is proposed to evaluate the projects and gives suggestions to avoid risks in constructing characteristic towns.
