| From the current state attitude to the development of real estate market,it can be found that private enterprises are gradually losing the support of national policy.Due to insufficient funds and land reserves and high costs of financing and development,many small private real estate enterprises are being phased out by the market.Therefore,China's private real estate enterprises are facing a more severe market environment.How to stand the test of market and continue to grow in the future,it is a problem that every real estate enterprises must consider.This paper takes the actual improvement of the cost control system of the private "S " Real Estate Company project as the research object.In view of problems of the project cost system of the "S " company,to study the "S "company how to use the supply chain cost management ideas and tools improve the cost control system in order to reduce the project costs and increase profits.First of all,the current situation of the "S " company project cost control system is analyzed.Secondly,the problems,difficulties and reasons of the "S "company project cost control system are analyzed.Thirdly,the cost control framework and model of the "S " company project supply chain are built,to combine with the model and the causes of the problems in the cost system,the specific measures for cost control of the "S " company on the upper,middle,and lower reaches are raised.Finally,the implementation effect is evaluated and the mechanism of continuous improvement is established.This paper proves the feasibility and effectiveness of the real estate supply chain cost management in the private real estate enterprises through the actual improvement cases of the "S " Real Estate Company.It provides a good reference and experience for the improvement of the "S " company's other project cost control system.It also provides a new idea for the cost management reform of the entire real estate industry. |
