Research On The Development And Selection Of Potential Suppliers For COMAC

In recent years,the aviation industry developed rapidly in China,the domestic aviation market has a great demand for civil aircraft.COMAC as the main body of the large aircraft project of national construction plays an important role in the construction of civil aircraft,the steady development of COMAC has great significance in the development of the China's aviation industry.Chinese commercial aircraft companies follow the rules of construction of modern enterprise,implement the "main manufacturers suppliers" development mode,due to the large number and wide range of the suppliers,If we can manage it scientifically and reasonably,it has a great impact on the development of the whole Chinese commercial flight.This paper is based on the present situation of the lack of a scientific and complete system and method for the development and selection of potential suppliers,establishes a complete set of supplier development process,and proposes a new supplier selection method.Considering the aircraft manufacturing industry is very special,In order to choose the potential suppliers for COMAC,use the field survey to determined its index system;Considering the uncertainty,diversity and "grey" information in the selection of supplier,Using the relevant theoretical and methods in the grey system to establish the model,using the multi-objective intelligent grey target decision to determine the most suitable supplier.Finally,a numerical example is used to verify the feasibility of the model.It provides a complete set of process systems and methods for the development and selection of potential suppliers for COMAC.
