With the rapid development of e-commerce,coupled with the continuous improvement of the purchasing power of farmers,rural commercial potential is huge,the major business platform is now have to look to the countryside.However,today's private courier business outlets can only cover the county above the town,farmers can not enjoy the delivery of goods to home services,affecting the enthusiasm of rural residents online shopping.On the other hand,the e-commerce market for agricultural products has become increasingly prosperous in recent years.However,there are many varieties of agricultural products,a wide range and mainly distributed in the rural areas behind the traffic characteristics,making network marketing agricultural products in the logistics and transportation has a certain challenge.The logistics problem in rural areas has become the biggest obstacle to the development of rural e-commerce.Based on the above background,this paper analyzes the status quo and existing problems of rural e-commerce logistics,and puts forward the two-way logistics operation mode of unified distribution of agricultural products,consumer goods and agricultural materials under an e-commerce platform,and clarifies the key points The problem is to establish a two-way logistics model considering the Mixed cargo restraint and the total distribution cost as the optimization target.Then,the genetic algorithm is used to solve the model and the example is given.It is of great practical significance to reduce the logistics cost of rural e-commerce,realize the two-way circulation of goods and promote the virtuous circle of rural economyThis paper mainly studies the following aspects:Firstly,it summarizes the research on the two-way logistics of rural e-commerce both at home and abroad,including the theory of rural e-commerce logistics and two-way logistics route optimization,and expounds the significance of studying the two-way logistics route optimization of rural e-commerce.Secondly,on the basis of analyzing the current situation and problems of rural e-commerce logistics,this paper puts forward the mode of operation of rural e-commerce two-way logistics,and elaborates the improvement of the new modelfrom the three aspects of integration demand,smoothing information and equipped talents.The two-way logistics route optimization in rural areas should be considered the key issues,lay the foundation for the subsequent construction of the model.Then,taking into account the rural logistics in the actual situation will appear pesticide fertilizer and edible agricultural products can not be the same car transport situation,the goods mixed constraints into the model,to build a total distribution cost as the minimum target,single distribution center,vehicle closed-loop operation of the two-way Logistics model,and improved genetic algorithm to solve this model.Finally,this paper validates the model and the improved algorithm of the logistics network in Zaoyang Township as an example.The experimental results show that the algorithm can solve the model well.At the same time,the model can be applied to a variety of logistics model,a wide range of applications.
