| With the advance of "mass entrepreneurship and innovation",the public enthusiasm for social entrepreneurship innovation has been unprecedented promoted,the entrepreneurial wave has put forward new demands and challenges to the traditional enterprise industry in the original production operation and management mode.Although the traditional industries generally show a low degree of popularity of entrepreneurial activities,poor ability of independent innovation and other issues in the second-time undertaking,however,the rapid development of industry technology and the rapid changes in the operation of the market have been introduced,new opportunities for the traditional industries in the second-time undertaking are appearing.Based on this,this thesis attempts to construct the theoretical framework of the second-time undertaking in the traditional industries under the market orientation,analyse the present situation of traditional manufacturing in Hubei province in order to reveal the path selection mechanism of entrepreneurship.In the first chapter of this thesis,the background and significance of the research on the path selection and policy design of the second-time undertaking in the traditional industries are discussed,and the research on this issue is not enough has been pointed out.Then the research contents,methods and innovation points have been explained.The second chapter defines the concept of the second-time undertaking in the traditional industry,constructs the theoretical bases of the second-time undertaking in the traditional industries under the market orientation,puts forward the theoretical hypotheses.In the third chapter of this thesis,the development status and development dilemma of traditional manufacturing in Hubei province has been analysed.Then the questionnaire has been designed in order to investigate the traditional manufacturing in Hubei province.In the fourth chapter of this thesis,the data has been analysed,and then the thesis constructs the structural equation model and hierarchical linear model,and points out the relationship between the variables.Specifically,the policy of the second-time undertaking has positive effect on the performance of the second-time undertaking in the traditional industries,and the advancement of product technology is a mediator variable between the policy of the second-time undertaking and the entrepreneurial performance of the second-time undertaking in the traditional industries.What's more,the prolongation of industrial chain has positive effect on the performance of the second-time undertaking.The positivity of market orientation plays an enhanced role in the process of that the prolongation of industrial chain has positive effect on the performance of the second-time undertaking,and plays a weakening role in the process of that the advancement of product technology has positive effect on the performance of the second-time undertaking.On the contrary,the reactivity of market orientation plays an enhanced role in the process of that the advancement of product technology has positive effect on the performance of the second-time undertaking.In the fifth chapter,the path selection mechanism of the second-time undertaking in Hubei province's traditional industries has been proposed,the path of prolongation of industrial chain and advancement of product technology have been structured.In the sixth chapter,the research conclusion and prospect have been explained.The main innovations of this thesis are to build a structural equation model and hierarchical linear model of the second-time undertaking's path selection in the traditional industries under the market orientation,and the path selection countermeasure of the second-time undertaking in Hubei province's traditional industries has been proposed. |
