Under the condition of increasing human resource cost and high operation cost,it is imperative for enterprises to reduce operation cost through process optimization and automation.Functional testing is an important measure and means for manufacturing enterprises to find product functional defects and implement quality control.How to make functional testing develop towards process automation and intellectualization,and provide an effective way for enterprises to reduce costs,reduce savings and increase efficiency,undoubtedly,it has become a practical problem that manufacturing enterprise managers and practitioners constantly ponder and solve.This paper studies how the S-series STB test line of NSD Manufacturing Department of Foxconn Science and Technology Group can solve the problem of high operating cost management practice.Based on the basic theoretical knowledge of management disciplines such as quality management,process management and information management,this paper makes a comprehensive use of literature analysis,field investigation,chart analysis,comparative analysis and other research methods,combined with the author's in-depth understanding of the work site and detailed analysis of production data,focusing on students of NSD STB test line.The improvement of production cost is discussed,and the methods and paths of improving test efficiency are discussed.Aiming at the key bottleneck problem of NSD STB test line which is faced with high production cost,the author analyzes the cause of the problem by using quality tools such as fish bone diagram.Finally,the author puts forward the concrete scheme of the automatic improvement of NSD STB test line which combines human,computer and system by using ECRS analysis method and flow chart.The whole process from simple to complex,from process optimization to test method optimization,and then to automation,and use enterprise information management means to manage.The main measures are as follows: 1.optimize the testing process.ECRS analysis and flow chart analysis are used to cancel,merge,adjust the sequence,simplify a series of optimization for PT and FT test stations,and to re-layout the current production line.2.The introduction of automated test program.Analyze the test content and operation action,import program automation scheme,fixture automation scheme and take-and-put automation scheme;3.Develop intelligent test system.Using the theory of enterprise information management to guide the development of a new generation of intelligent management system and the use of time series forecasting method to help improve the rate of good product testing.The results show that through the above improvement measures,NSD finally realized thefull-automatic production of STB test line,greatly reduced the operators,improved production efficiency,thus fundamentally solving the bottleneck problem of high production cost of functional test line.The research results of this paper not only provide a train of thought for the further implementation of automation improvement of NSD STB function test line of Foxconn Technology Group,but also provide a reference for other manufacturing enterprises in the same industry to improve the cost control status of their production line.
