Accompany with the development of economy,auto industry has already gradually come to maturity from the newly arisen industry.Market capacity is gradually saturated,which request each car factories to carry on an improvement in the car function,comfort index,economy energy,and satisfy different market demands completely.The gradually nervous market competition makes a strict request to the automotive suppliers.In order to adapt the market,auto suppliers have to continuous improvement for every manufacture steps and whole supply chain,besides update product generation.Only do this,its comprehensive competition capacity can be improved.Continuous improvement not only is the market request,but also is the power and prop for business enterprise.Lean production emerges at this time.As a reasonable and high effect production management system,it have flexible production to meet diversify demands with high quality.Value stream map(abbreviation VSM)is a familiar effective tool in Lean production management.It can help us quickly discover wastes and avoid them.ECRS is a much effective method in industry engineering for procedure analysis.ECRS has four principles: Eliminate?Combine?Rearrange and Simplify.Firstly,this text is analyzed the finished product receiving process of Bosch by using VSM and ECRS these effective tools.Same as other auto parts suppliers,Bosch who's the biggest one,also faced to customer's order diversification,competition hotly etc.Improvement present status and raise business enterprise competition ability are urgency request to Bosch.VSM and ECRS can display none-value operations exist in the whole supply chain.The causes of these problems from the internal point of view some are influenced by ERP management system,some are affected by the transport mode and packaging mode.Information transmission is one of the reasons also.From the external point of view,customers' special requirements in the packing and quantity also cause wastes exist.Secondly,this text is design an improvement plan for finished goods receiving process.By measure cycle time,re-layout the plant,it will change 2 loops to 1 loop.This text also analyze the procedure of finish goods receiving by using of ECRS methods,which is popular in industry engineering,to reduce and combine some wasted operations.These actions can cancel useless manpower operations,decrease head counts,improve productivity and increase economic efficiency.Then Logistic will move smoothly,by what helps the business enterprise keep on a development situation.Finally,this text describes how to implement the improvement program for BOSCH's finished product warehousing process,and how to guarantee the program go smoothly by implementation of personnel resource,principle and technical field.One program implementation needs to separate into many steps.Like this program will be divided into twelve implementation steps in terms of quality,packaging,system,staff training,budget calculation etc.In addition,the implementation of the project cannot be improved without the support and promotion of other departments and other aspects,so this text makes a detailed discussion from the aspects of personnel,principle and technical support.
