Research On The Balance Improvement Of J Product Plug-in Production Line Of H Company

Since the creation of the world's first assembly production line at Ford,people have been engaged in research on production line balance.Production line balance is to make the completion time of each process on the production line tend to be a fixed value on average.At the same time,it is required to study the operation content and measure the completion time of each operation to make the production line run smoothly.In the field of industrial engineering,people are particularly concerned about the balance of the production line.This article takes the module production department of H company's J-SAM-9123 A plugin production line as an example to carry out a research on the balance of the production line.First of all,by comparing and analyzing the annual production volume of the production line in 2018 and the estimated production volume in 2019,the key targets for improvement research are determined.Secondly,make time observations for each operating staff,use SPSS software to perform statistical analysis with a 95% confidence level,calculate the equipment capacity of the production line,explore the main problems of the production line,and analyze the main problems of the production line from the perspective of Man,Machine,Material,Method,Environment,Measurement.Thirdly,based on the specific conditions of the process arrangement,a calculation method for improving the balance rate of the production line is proposed,and then the opportunity for improvement on the production site is identified.The main goal is to balance the production line,and the main solution is the ECRS principle.Combined with other professional knowledge such as human factors engineering,quantitative management,on-site management,etc.,15 improvement schemes are proposed and the improvement effects are evaluated.Finally,the improvement plan is implemented,and the time observation is re-performed,and the improvement effect evaluation is carried out through the matching sample test before and after improvement.The data show that after the improvement,the production cycle is reduced by 35.64%,the operator is reduced by 31.25%,and the improvement ratio of the production line balance is 7.97%.This improvement plan can provide a certain reference for the balance analysis and improvement of the production line of similar processes of similar enterprises.
