In Modern enterprise competition, it is not just rely on scientific and technological innovation and product services to seek the company’s foothold and development, but more is to rely on the corporate culture to manage operations. Corporate culture of a company’s influence and role is comprehensive, it can ultimately decide the effective operation of the business and future development.With the rapid development of economic, China’s media industry has also undergone substantial change:by the amplification of the volume of business to the pursuit of operational efficiency,"point-type" to "multi-point" and "chain" business the mode of development, operated by "extensive" to "specialized" business change. The face of fierce competitive environment, media companies want to become bigger and stronger, it is necessary to start from the internal culture, corporate culture construction, so as to adapt to the market development direction and needs.The article first analyzes the research progress at home and abroad about the corporate culture, and then combined with the direction of the development of the media industry and DCCM company’s own situation, Denison model and "7S" model, read a lot of literature and information, as well as field interviews on the basis of surveys and questionnaires, make a diagnosis on the DCCM company’s existing cultural conditions. Respectively, through the analysis of the various modules and sub-dimensions, find out the existing problems in the DCCM corporate culture, and finally through the development of a scientifically appropriate strategies and specific measures, elaborated recommendations to enhance the DCCM corporate culture.
