The 21 st century is full of the talent competition,innovation and development of enterprise is linked with high-quality workers.Post-90 s core staff as a new group play an increasingly important role in the business management.To a certain extent,their satisfaction with the enterprise reflect the competitiveness of enterprises.But the traditional way of intergenerational management is not entirely suitable to new groups.So it is very important and urgent for the effective intergenerational management for post-90 s core staff.At the same time the characteristics for the Post-90 s staff with the post-90 s group characteristics have the influence for the study on intergenerational management.This paper takes the post-90 s core staff group as the research object,and discusses the intergenerational management of the post-90 s core staff based on the post-90 s employee characteristics from the perspective of post-90 s employee characteristics and intergenerational management.Firstly,based on the predecessor's intergenerational management practice and intergenerational management theory,combined with the characteristics of post-90 core staff,the paper extracts four factors that affect the satisfaction of post-90 core staff: organizational identity,incentive reason,work initiative and work environment,and then build a 90-post core staff intergenerational management model based on post-90 s group characteristics.Then,with reference to related scales at home and abroad,a questionnaire with 90-post core staff intergenerational management based on post-90 traits with high reliability and validity was designed.And use SPSS19.0 software to do survey data analysis,verification and verification models.The conclusion of this paper is that the above four dimensions have a significant positive correlation with the satisfaction of post-90 s core staff intergenerational management based on post-90 s traits.At the end of the paper,based on the conclusions of empirical research,this paper puts forward a series of opinions and suggestions on the post-90 s core staff intergenerational management based on the post-90 s group characteristics,and analyzes the limitations of the current research and briefly explains the future research directions..
