Mechanism Research About Impact Of Work Stress On Engagement

As rapid development in economic,people's life has become increasingly rich,so people's demand has been a great change then before.They are not only limited to the pursuit of economic demand satisfaction,but the various needs of society,human relations,improve quality of life,stability and leisure,health and safety working environment,the pursuit of better work and better life,and so on.As a result,the employee's work status and performance are affected.It is essential to properly control the employee's work pressure.Managers need to show their wisdom and practical actions to make good things happen.After review the literature of work stress,corporate care,work values and engagement,this study innovatively proposed the perspective based on corporate care for studied the mechanism of the impact on engagement,and introduced the factors of corporate care management and work values.Studied the relationship between the job prospect,job itself,organizational factor and interpersonal relationship.A series of hypotheses such as caring management and work values have mediating effects on work stress and engagement.A relational model was designed for the influence mechanism of it.SPSS and AMOS statistical software were used for 230 questionnaires analysis.SEM structural equation model was used to verify the research hypothesis also.In the end,this paper describes the reference to enterprises based on own experience and research analysis results,and puts forward suggestions and prospects for future research.
