Study On The Financial Poverty Alleviation In The Rural Areas Of Keshketeng Banner

With the rapid development of China's economy,the gap between the rich and the poor is gradually widening,and the resulting poverty problem becomes more and more prominent.At present,poverty alleviation has become an important and difficult task of our government.All along,the government has been exploring effective measures for poverty alleviation,but they are all "blood transfusion" poverty alleviation,and the effect of poverty alleviation is general.Since the 18 th National Congress of the Communist Party of China(CPC),it has been proposed that the "hematopoietic" function of financial poverty alleviation should be brought into full play to help the development of poverty alleviation.The government of Keshketeng Banner strictly implements the Poverty Alleviation Policies of the Central Committee,Inner Mongolia Autonomous Region and Chifeng City,But in the process of financial poverty alleviation,we will find that there are some contradictions and problems highlighted.Based on the above background,the paper analyses the relationship among the government,financial institutions and poverty-stricken groups in the financial poverty alleviation work in Keshketeng Banner,and the causes behind these relationships,based on the successful experience of financial poverty alleviation at home and abroad,this paper puts forward some countermeasures and suggestions to further promote the development of financial poverty alleviation in Keshketeng Banner,namely:we should optimize government functions,strengthen the construction of rural financial service system,and promote the construction of risk prevention mechanism and social security system.It is hoped that these suggestions or attempts can provide some theoretical reference for the financial poverty alleviation work of the Keshketen Banner Government.
