Research On The Evolution Of Information System Capability And Business Matching For Laizhou Branch Of Agricultural Bank Of China

With more and more investment in information technology,the reform of China's financial industry has become more and more deeply.However,information system technology of the enterprise of bank is not necessarily able to reduce operating costs,to improve product quality and service value.The above description of the problem,Scholars call IS into “the information system productivity paradox”.Only meeting information systems together with business,information system can create productivity for Agricultural Bank of China.Through interviews and data collection of case material,this paper uses the single case study method to find the changing market demand of Agricultural Bank of China.First,through longitudinal analysis of the development of process and characteristics of the Agricultural Bank of China of Lai Zhou branch,we can find that with the change of the external environment,the ability of information system is more and more abundant to satisfy market demand.Second,through longitudinal analysis of the Lai Zhou branch's information system capacity of the evolution and development of the law,the evolution and development of information system capability of Lai Zhou branch in vertical analysis,With the development of information technology,the ability of information system is becoming more and more abundant,and it is more and more fit with the market demand.Third,construct the dynamic evolution model of information system capability and business matching of Agricultural Bank of China Lai Zhou branch.It is found that the capacity of information system of Lai Zhou branch is matched with the service matching model in the concrete analysis of the evolution of information system capabilities and business.The paper also found that changes in the external environment is information system capabilities and business matching is the driving force of the evolvement;Human resources capacity is intermediary information system infrastructure and business matching;Matching information system infrastructure and human resource capacity matching is organization framework and enterprise organization frame,thereby affecting the capacity of information system and business matching.Fourth,according to the research conclusion,give countermeasures and suggestions for information system construction of the ability to put forward.This paper provides reference for Agricultural Bank of Lai Zhou branch of Agricultural Bank of China and even the whole information capacity building.
