With the market profitability and average profit margins were continue to decline,the development of the real estate enterprise was also shrinking and slowing down.This makes the enterprise from extensive growth to intensive development,in that case,the contradiction between human resource management and staff quality were increasingly obvious.If the enterprise wants to keep the talented person,must be starting from optimizing performance appraisal system.,In this paper,take the Tianjin HD real estate enterprise performance evaluation system as the research object,First,using the methods of questionnaire and statistical analysis investigated the performance appraisal methods,implementation methods,assessment results,and staff status quo of the the enterprise.Summarized the outstanding problems of the enterprise performance evaluation and analyzed the root causes.The results show that the performance appraisal of the enterprise was not clear,the evaluation method was too simple,the application of the assessment results was insufficient,and the evaluation was not enough.Secondly,based on the basic principles of objectivity,guidance,fairness and controllability,combined with the actual situation of the company,optimized the performance appraisal system of HD real estate enterprise.Finally,in order to further promote the implementation of employee performance appraisal optimization program,from the establishment of system security,positive concept,appraisal training,supervision to develop a series of implementation.This study,used the application of 360 degree performance appraisal method,improved and optimized the HD real estate enterprise performance appraisal,one hand,the results of the assessment are more comprehensive,true and effective;On the other hand,the feedback of evaluation results,weights for different applications appropriate to adjust the dimensions of the assessment,can make the evaluation result more scientific,provide a reference for other similar enterprises.
