A Design Of Performance Appraisal From CK Real Estate Company

Along with the harder and harder competition between the real estate companies, CK Real estate Company had to enhance its management, and enhance employee performance. In this dissertation, CK Real estate Company reforms its existing employee performance evaluation, and design new one.The practice of CK Real estate Company actualizing its new employee performance evaluation system showing that: Chinese companies badly need to constitute scientific performance evaluation systems, but if want to take full advantage of it, there still existing lots of problems which need to research and solve, such as constitute the evaluation standards, the choice and using those measures and techniques, the controlling of effect in the process of execution, etc.Firstly, the thesis will give the introduction and analysis of the main theories, and methods of performance appraisal. In the performance appraisal theories, it mainly introduces the analytical hierarchy process theory that have a new attempt in quantification of qualitative performance indicators. Then introduced the performance appraisal methods commonly used for enterprise management and performance appraisal of the positive significance.At the last part of the thesis, on the basis of theoretical analysis and the actural circumstance of CK Real estate Company, we put forward a performance appraisal system it based on the Management by Objects, and use the key performance indicators. When doing the job-evaluation work, we use Delphi-method and questionnaire to select evaluation factors. And adopt Analytical Hierarchy Process method to allocate the weights to very factor and very assessment people. In the end, according to the interview feedback after implementation of the system, it shows the successful application of the new performance appraisal system in CK Real estate Company.
