The Research Of The Optimization Technology Of Goods Locations Of The Enterprise Warehouse Center

This dissertation is focused upon the production of the large enterprise. The area layout and optimization of goods locations of the large enterprise warehouse center has been studied using the method of investigates and analysis, the following results have been made:After investing and analyzing production condition of the enterprise, logistics diagram was drawn, and the primary problem was found. Utilizing the SLP theory, the slotting optimization project was proposed and efficiency of stock and taking the goods was increased.According to development requirement of the enterprise, a reformation was presented for warehouse equipments, and the problem of optimization of goods locations will be solved using the ABC classification method.Through dealing with frequency and quantity of goods, the distance of slotting has been formulated. Slotting of automating the stereoscopic warehouse was turned towards excellently using the linear layout methods, and the route will be shortened obviously.Because there is still so much goods in warehouse and material running procedure is complex, precise mathematics model looks less flexible. Thus fuzzy theory was applied into location assignment. The fuzzy control method, fuzzy relationship and membership function of location is established based on the fuzzy reasoning of practice of managers in warehouse.Finally, the full text was summarized, and some conceived plans have been advanced.
