| At this stage,our country shows a new economic normal,gradually shifting from factor-driven,investment-driven to innovation-driven,and the economic structure is continuously optimized and upgraded.We need to continuously introduce open policies related to innovative activities in order to speed up the transition from low-cost manufacturing to high-value service industries,Innovation is exactly the engine for developing a new economy that will enable us to obtain new products and services.The problem of uncoordinated regional economic development in Beijing,Tianjin and Hebei is prominent.Although many countries and regions are currently discussing the development of mega-cities and the integration of Beijing,Tianjin and Hebei is one of the earliest practical measures.However,in terms of innovation capability and innovation efficiency in the region.There are still problems of unbalanced and unbalanced development.The reasons for the differences in innovation among different regions are complicated.The key word to solve this problem is the integrated development.Therefore,it is of great importance to explore the differences in the regional innovation in Beijing,Tianjin and Hebei.This paper proposes a more elaborate three research criteria for the study object,namely provincial scale,"spindle band" scale and "node city" scale.Taking the coordinated development of Beijing-Tianjin-Hebei region to ease the capital’s function and undertake the industrial transfer,a new spatial level and spatial scale have been established.Positioning more accurate,to avoid the "two cities and one province" research standard positioning of the problem is not allowed.This dissertation summarizes the unbalanced theories in the regional economy,and summarizes and summarizes the accumulative causal theory,inverted U-shaped theory,growth pole theory,center-periphery theory,point-axis development theory and gradient transfer theory.Based on the empirical data,multi-scale analysis is conducted separately for the differences in innovation capability,potential and innovation in the Beijing-Tianjin-Hebei region.In the part of empirical analysis,this paper mainly analyzes the innovation-related indicators of cities in two cities and one province,three development axes and 11 nodes in Beijing,Tianjin and Hebei urban agglomeration,analyzes the leading influence factors in different spatial scales and then finds out The root of innovation difference lies.At the same time,we introduce agglomeration interaction and space-related factors to conduct spatial lag model and spatial error model analysis of influencing factors of regional innovation difference in Beijing-Tianjin-Hebei region and analyze that agglomeration interaction and space-related factors are important in influencing regional innovation difference under different spatial scales factor.Analyze the function orientation of Beijing-Tianjin-Hebei regional innovation and development space and the development path of the innovation and development of Beijing-Tianjin-Hebei region.The analysis of countermeasures for the functional innovation of the regional innovation differences in Beijing,Tianjin and Hebei includes mainly optimizing the allocation of provincial resources,enhancing the economic interaction quality in the axis and sharing resources in the city.Beijing-Tianjin-Hebei regional differences in the development of space for the development of ways and means of countermeasures include improving provincial,axial and node city innovation linkage,which can better achieve the innovation linkage within the Beijing-Tianjin-Hebei region,and put forward the Beijing-Tianjin-Hebei regional innovation multilevel Linkage point of view.In the end,the differences in regional innovation in Beijing,Tianjin and Hebei aim to optimize the functional positioning of space and the path of joint innovation in regional innovation so as to achieve synergic development of more efficient regional innovation in Beijing-Tianjin-Hebei region. |
