China's manufacturing industry is in urgent need of a shift from China's manufacturing to China creation,but the development of manufacturing industry is constrained by bottlenecks.China's manufacturing products lose the price advantage gradually,and companies need to upgrade technology to enhance product quality.High-quality products can help enterprises hold an invincible position in the competition.Harmful functions seriously affect the ideal level of the product,and limit the quality of products.The elimination of harmful functions in the product principle solution is an important way to improve the ideal level of the product.In order to avoid the late management of the harmful function of the product,it is imperative to study the prevention and management of the harmful functions in the process of building the principle solution.Enterprises need to the harmful function elimination methods to guide the construction of high-quality and security principle solution.The main work of the paper includes the following aspects:1.Proposes and constructes harmful function analysis model based on effect,introduces the concept of effect carrier,realizes the description of harmful function in different manifestations by using the principle and principle structure of function realization,and further analyzes and describes the associated effect in the process of function realization.On the basis of describing the form of harmful function,combined with the analysis tools in TRIZ theory,the harmful function is analyzed and the harmful function elimination path based on TRIZ is determined.The harmful function elimination path based on TRIZ can provide a variety of ways to eliminate harmful functions.2.On the basis of the research on the elimination paths of harmful function,the elimination process of harmful function is analyzed,and the elimination process of harmful function is determined.The harmful function elimination method is combined with the function design process.According to the function decomposition and function-to-structure mapping results,the harmful function analysis in the principle solution is realized,and the harmful function is eliminated with the elimination method based on TRIZ.Proposes the functional design process of harmful function elimination method based on TRIZ.3.Taking the function design of the temporary storage module as an example,the harmful function elimination method based on the TRIZ theory is applied to the functional design process of the temporary storage system.Aiming at the harmful function in the design process,a new design scheme is proposed,which eliminates the harmful function of the original design,and obtains the principle solution of the product of the high quality of the temporary storage module and verifies the feasibility of the method.
