SCCN is a company that operates broadcast television networks,digital television,the Internet and video surveillance services.With the rapid development of the network television industry,the monopoly structure of the traditional broadcasting and TV industry has been broken,and the competition among digital television media operators has become increasingly fierce.In order to increase market competitiveness and change the current predicament of small differences in service quality and serious product homogeneity.The purpose of this paper is to explore the market promotion project management based on product upgrading in SCCN,analyze the marketing project management problems of product upgrading,and propose a new product based on customer demand.On the basis of the original project management process innovation,improve the organizational structure,optimize the design of service guidance strategy.This article takes the SCCN product project management as the research object,takes the project management and the process optimization theory as the basis,uses the case study method and the literature research method,carries on the systematic investigation and the research to SCCN product project management.Firstly,the company comprehensively combs the management and management of the company.Based on this,it conducts a key survey on the status quo of the company's product project management,including the project management process,the project management organization structure,and the project management effectiveness;then,the project management theory and process are used.The optimization theory and customer relationship management theory systematically analyze the effect of the company's product project management,and discover problems in the project management process,project management organization structure,etc.;and then proceed from the perspective of the specific requirements of different stages of the project,and manage the company's product project.Process and organizational structure issues are analyzed in detail;Finally,SCCN product project management optimization recommendations are presented,including optimization based on project planning requirements,optimization based on project planning requirements,optimization based on project implementation requirements,optimization based on project acceptance requirements,and Optimization of project operation and maintenance requirements.First,on the planning stage,the main solution is to scientifically screen the project;secondly,to organize the project team and prepare the project plan during the planning phase;and third,to strengthen the control of various processes during the implementation phase,and Plan,implement the progress,quality,cost and other goals,find out the deviation through dynamic tracking,and take corrective measures.Fourth,in the project acceptance stage,the acceptance process is standardized to ensure that the problems found at the end of project implementation can still be solved.Solve the problem in a timely manner and maintain the interests of the company.The standardization of the acceptance documents enables the inspection of the project to be based on evidence.Fifth,in the operation and maintenance stage,through the addition of a summary and evaluation of the project,it provides experience for the company's future project management.From a point of view,it forms a cycle of good risks.
