Built upon advanced information technology,Human Resource Management Information System(HRMIS)comprehensively enhances enterprises' management of human resources by integrating resources on internal servers,software and information enabled by the internet,bringing it to a strategic level for development of enterprises.Improve the efficiency of human resources management,reduce management costs and standardize business processes is a suitable for enterprise development HRMIS should have the function,in addition,but also to senior managers to provide data based on management decisions.According to IDC statistics,China has about 75% of large and medium-sized companies have established their own HRMIS.However,most of them are materially unavailable,ineffective and futile,and only very few achieve objectives,which makes it necessary for HRMIS application effect evaluation.G company,a state-owned enterprise affiliated to a communications operator,mainly provides services of construction supervision,bidding agency and cost consulting services in communications field with a presence all around the country and more than 7500 employees.The vast geographical distribution of staff poses great difficulties for human resources integration and distribution,in particular the document and analysis of personnel information.In 2013,G company decided to build its own HRMIS.Currently,G's HRMIS has been put into operation for two years.Despite continuous optimization and improvement,different problems remain to be tackled.A comprehensive and detailed diagnosis is the compelling need for G to address the underporformance of HRMIS.This thesis explores the performance of HRIMS from the operation of G and establishes an evaluation model through the Delphi method and the Analytical Hierarchy process.The Delphi method recognizes key indicators while the Analytical Hierarchy process counts the weight of each component of the HRIMS.In-depth interview of expert in information system and company operation also contributes to the establishment of the evaluation model.The diagnosis of the HRIMS of G based on the evaluation model proposed by this thesis offers reference for optimization and development of it in other enterprises.
