With the advent of the era of knowledge economy,enterprises have an increasing demand for talents,and the competitiveness of enterprises largely depends on knowledge employees.Therefore,knowledge employees play an increasingly important role in enterprises.As an important part of human resource management,compensation incentive mechanism plays an increasingly important role in enterprises.Salary incentive is also an important motivation for motivating employees and tapping their potential.At present,due to the lack of power and competitiveness in the development of state-owned enterprises,it is difficult to mobilize the enthusiasm of knowledge-based employees.Therefore,how to improve the status of personnel in China's state-owned enterprises by improving the compensation incentive mechanism reasonably and effectively has become the top priority in the development of state-owned enterprises.It is one of the most important problems for enterprises in the era of knowledge economy to make use of knowledge power efficiently and give full play to the role of knowledge workers.Therefore,rational and effective utilization of knowledge-based employees is of great theoretical and practical significance for improving the competitiveness and efficiency of state-owned enterprises.This paper mainly USES the methods of literature analysis,qualitative analysis and quantitative analysis.Firstly,it summarizes the background,significance,research status at home and abroad and relevant theoretical basis.Then,the paper focuses on in-depth analysis of the salary incentive mechanism of knowledge-based employees in C enterprise,and reveals the problems existing in the salary incentive mechanism of knowledge-based employees in C enterprise.Insufficient compensation incentives;Neglect of career planning and skills training for knowledge workers.At the same time,it points out the reasons for the existence of these problems.Internal is due to the C enterprise did not establish a suitable for modern enterprise management system,salary incentive also lack pertinence,the human capital theory has not updated,salary incentive mode is too single,also failed to fully recognize the features of the knowledge-type employees,the demand for their career planning is not enough attention.Finally,on this basis,combining the characteristics of knowledge-based employees of C enterprise,starting from the demand of knowledge-based employees,and using the salary incentive theory,etc.,an optimized design is made for the salary incentive mechanism of knowledge-based employees of C enterprise.Follow the overall corporate strategy and establish a competitive compensation level on the basis of a corporate culture that respects and cherishes talent.Salary incentive from the division of their post grades and pay some level,and build post pay wages framework,perfect jobs pay wage system,build a multi-track compensation system,and dynamic adjustment of salary incentive,optimizing C enterprise salary incentive mechanism of the knowledge-type employees,at the same time,the intrinsic motivation of enterprise original C to make optimization design,for the C enterprise knowledge staff to provide more training opportunities,and attach importance to their career planning,and to encourage their innovation,promote the innovation of the knowledge workers.
