Strategic Research On The Construction Strategy Of Internet Financial Platform In Guangdong Branch Of China Construction Bank

With the development of economy and the change of information technology,the demand of financial services has changed,and in this environment,new financial formats have arisen.Good financial format is conducive to the development of financial market.People can enrich the experience of internet financial business through network financing,network credit and so on.The rise of internet finance broke the traditional financial pattern,exacerbated the competition of internet financial market,and the traditional bank needs to carry on the traditional thinking transformation,to adapt to the needs of the new market,we have to adopt a new strategic approach.For this reason,this paper studies the concept of internet finance on the basis of reference to a large number of documents,and through the domestic and foreign comparative research methods,combined with SWOT analysis,the development of the internet financial competitive environment of Guangdong branch of construction bank is analyzed.Based on the current business situation,this paper further explores the three leading commercial banks' innovative channel models,such as online direct bank,intelligent Mini bank,smart phone bank and so on.In the aspect of direct selling banks,we propose to build platform by actively developing customer resources,innovating products and services,enhancing technical safeguards and seeking cooperation alliance.In terms of smart micro banks,we put forward strategies for developing related platforms,such as precise layout,actively developing customers,new products,thoughtful service,cross border cooperation and improving efficiency.In terms of smart phone banks,we put forward the specific strategies of building online banking to smart phone banks in all directions,reasonably creating scenes,improving customer stickiness,maintaining low threshold and high security,precise selection of offline scenes,and based on big data innovation.It is hoped that the strategic recommendations and safeguards ideas of this paper can support the Guangdong branch of the Construction Bank to gain the initiative in the development of Internet Finance and make stronger progress in transformation and development.
