The rapid development of the economy and society,the combination of urban functions,the narrowness of the commercial space environment,and traffic congestion have forced commercial complexes to break the limitations of existing building functions,transform and upgrade,improve the use efficiency of land resources,and coordinate commercial functions and landscape space so as to achieve business value.Excessive competition makes the business circle formed by commercial complexes overlap and interweave,and the homogenization phenomenon is serious.Many long-established commercial complexes face enormous challenges.Through the introduction of 020,experiential consumption,etc.,the commercial complex has transformed into a composite business model,such as new lifestyle center and theme experience center.By shaping various forms of business ideas such as DIY shopping environment and themed consumption atmosphere to attract more consumers,create a better commercial space environment,and create more business lines of experience to engage consumers in the consumption experience process.The commercial design and operation of commercial complexes face new missions and challenges.Based on the elaboration of research status,research purposes and significance of the commercial complex,as well as drawing on successful cases—Shanghai Ruihong Tiandi Moon Bay and Clack Dock and theoretical analysis,this paper analyzes the project's background,support and SWOT of Tianducheng commercial complex,and proposes that only by creating a human-oriented experience commercial space scene that satisfies the spirit of consumer material and creates a unique personality business culture can we get rid of the phenomenon of commercial homogenization.Secondly,based on experiential consumption,this paper expounds the business complex,business dynamics,business culture atmosphere of Tiandu City commercial complex,and proposes the design innovation and strategy of commercial complex project that can integrate commercial space scenes and meet the needs of consumer experience.It not only increases consumers' consumption experience in business,but also enhances the economic and social benefits of commercial complexes.Finally,to cater to the potential needs of consumers,the business operation strategies are proposed in this paper,such as: experiential business environment design and commercial operations so as to increase passenger flow,and the grasp of future consumption upgrades and business development trends to meet consumer demand and so on.
