Research On The Relationship Of E-commerce Enterprise Logistics Synergy Ability,Network Relationship And Operational Performance

In recent years,with the rapid progress of information technology and the strong support of national policy,e-commerce industry ushered in the development of leaps and bounds,all kinds of e-commerce enterprise and platform that lead to increasingly fierce market competition environment,e-commerce business entities as carrier of logistics activities has played an important role in improving service efficiency of business enterprise and business performance.Especially for fresh e-commerce enterprises,fresh product supply chain covers from the origin to consumers,logistics activities as a core part of fresh product supply chain,plays a key role in the convergence of fresh electricity enterprises upstream suppliers and downstream consumers,to achieve synergy ability has become an important manifestation of the core competitiveness of enterprises and fresh electricity supplier fresh product supply chain partners,cooperation in the logistics,how to improve enterprise logistics synergy ability,to ensure that the overall operational efficiency of the logistics efficiency maximization,improve the supply chain,and enhance the enterprise operation performance has become a key issue in fresh e-commerce enterprises concern.This thesis first describes the purpose and significance of the study,the domestic and foreign research status were reviewed and introduced briefly,this thesis introduces the research content and research methods,and shows the technical road-map.Secondly,based on relevant scholars on the concept and dimensions of logistics synergy ability,network relationship and operational performance are defined and classified,and the relationship between the three is the theoretical analysis,this thesis lays a theoretical foundation,on the basis of relevant research purpose and the thesis on the proposed the logistics synergy ability affect operational performance,build on the network relationship strength for intermediary collaborative logistics operational performance model influence ability.Thirdly,on the basis of the investigation and literature research,the questionnaire and the measurement index are obtained.The release and recovery of the formal questionnaire,carried out empirical research,based on the analysis of reliability and validity,and confirmatory analysis of structural equation model,the results show the logistics synergy ability has a positive impact on the operational performance,the network relationship strength play an intermediary role in their midst.Based on the study results of the enterprise from the internal coordination and external collaboration capabilities and flexible operation ability from the perspective of enterprise logistics synergy ability,strengthen cooperation with partners and enhance the operational performance of the strategies and suggestions.Finally,this thesis summarizes the research content,and points out the innovation of the research,insufficient of the research and future direction of improvement.This thesis based on the ability perspective to explores the enterprise logistics synergy ability effect on operational performance of the role,constructs a model of logistics synergy ability which affects the operational performance based on the strength of network relationship,and empirical analysis of inherent relationship between logistics synergy ability,network relationship strength and operational performance,in order to enhance the logistics synergy ability of fresh e-commerce enterprises and to provide basis for decision making to improve operational performance.
