The Study Of Poverty Alleviation In The New Immigrant Area

Poverty is one of the common concerns in the world,and alleviating and eradicating poverty is a serious challenge for all mankind.Targeted poverty alleviation is a major strategic shift in the development of poverty alleviation in China's new period,which is the strategic focus of the government's current and future governance of poverty.Hongsibu District of Wuzhong city is located in the arid area of middle Ningxia,is the poverty alleviation plan of Ningxia autonomous region party committee to carry out national "Eight Seven" and Ningxia "Double Hundreds";the main district to get rich and implementation of poverty alleviation Yang Huang irrigation engineering;the largest monomer concentration resettlement of ecological migration area of our country;the only one district with the county as the unit that all of them are ecological migration.After 20 years of development and construction,there are 2.3 million migrants from Southern Ningxia,from this we can see that tackling poverty has done remarkable achievement,These enlightenments can provide scientific and reasonable decision-making basis for precise poverty alleviation,and also provide a new theoretical perspective for precise poverty alleviation in other minority areas and underdeveloped areas.This paper takes the precise poverty alleviation in Hongsibu New Immigration District of Wuzhong City as a case study,analyses the existing problems and causes,summarizes the successful experience,and draws lessons from some successful poverty alleviation cases in foreign new immigration districts,thus providing experience enlightenment for precise poverty alleviation in new immigration districts of China.This paper is divided into six parts.The first part elaborates the research background,significance and purpose of precise poverty alleviation in China,and analyses the literature review of poverty alleviation abroad,so as to get the research ideas and methods of this paper.The second part is the theoretical analysis of poverty alleviation and precise poverty alleviation,defines the relevant concepts,puts forward the concept of precise poverty alleviation in new immigration areas,and summarizes the relevant theories and policies of poverty alleviation and precise poverty alleviation at home and abroad,so as to put forward the theoretical basis for this study.The third part elaborates the historical development and current situation of poverty alleviation in the new immigration area,studies the common problems in the new immigration area and makes a profound analysis of the reasons.The fourth part is the case study of new immigration areas in Thailand,Sudan,South Africa,Laos and the United States.It analyses the successful experience and summarizes its enlightenment to the precise poverty alleviation of new immigration areas in China.The fifth part,taking the precise poverty alleviation in Hongsibu Immigration New Area as an example,illustrates its backgroundand basic situation,summarizes its successful experience and Enlightenment to the precise poverty alleviation in China's Immigration New area.In the sixth part,aiming at the problems existing in the new immigration area,the author puts forward some countermeasures and suggestions to improve the precise poverty alleviation in the new immigration area of our country.
