Empirical Analysis Of The Impact Of Regional Capital Flows On Economic Development

Regional economic development is essential for the development of the wholecountry,now the regional economy of our country is facing low level of integration andimbalances.So to realize the coordinated development of regional economy and promotethe healthy development of China's economic and social problems are urgent problems tobesolved.This paper focuses on the Bohai Economic Rim,by adopting research methods such as literature research,dataanalysis,and lessons learned to analyze strengths and constraints in the process ofdevelopment of Bohai Economic Rim,eventually makes recommendations about theregionaldevelopment.Bohai economic circle is the third major growth pole of China.Itseconomic analysis and strategic planning,not only has great significance for their owndevelopment,but also makes major function for the overall coordination of our country.Capital provides strong support for the rapid economic development of Bohai Economic area,But significant differences are found in the region in aspects such as financial revenue and expenditure,fixed asset investment,FDI,overseas investment,and bank deposits and loans.Additionally,the economy in this region exhibits unbalanced growth due to different economic structures and foreign capital utilization.As shown by the results of empirical analyses,The capital flows differ significantly.Data on the bank deposits and loans in the Bohai region indicate a net general capital outflow.The fixed asset investment greatly promotes the regional economy,but the differences in the regional economic structures have led to different influences of financial revenue and expenditure and FDI on the economy.The differences between deposits and loans didn't result in significant impacts on Bohai regional as a whole,which indicates the in efficiency of transforming savings into investments in the region.However,such differences are manifest in three districts in the Bohai region.
