Research On The Development Strategy Of Urad E-commerce Industrial Park

China's e-commerce started in the late 1990 s.After more than 20 years of development,it has ushered in the rapid development of e-commerce,involving all areas of the national economy.At this stage,e-commerce is not only an important means to promote economic development and adjust the industrial structure,but also an important engine for achieving high-quality economic development,transforming old and new kinetic energy,and promoting "mass entrepreneurship and innovation." The e-commerce industrial park is a high-level form of e-commerce development.While providing more convenient services and supporting facilities for enterprises in the park,it can also significantly improve the development level of enterprises.In order to promote the rapid development of the e-commerce industry,the state has continuously introduced relevant policies to guide and support them.In August 2018,the "China People's Electronic Commerce Law" was officially adopted at the fifth meeting of the 13 th National People's Congress Standing Committee.It is an important milestone in the history of the development of China's e-commerce industry.On the one hand,it provides institutional guarantee for the development of the e-commerce industry.Standardizing and supervising the development of the e-commerce industry can effectively avoid the uncertainty brought about by the policy and subjectivity of the e-commerce industry.Inner Mongolia Autonomous Region successively promulgated the "Inner Mongolia Autonomous Region E-Commerce Development Plan(2014-2020)" and "Guiding Opinions of the Inner Mongolia Autonomous Region People's Government on Accelerating the Work of "Internet +"",Bayannaoer City,Inner Mongolia,Autonomous Region promulgated "Promoting Electronics Implementation Opinions on Business Development,the relevant policies of the state and autonomous regions have been issued one after another,creating a healthy development environment for the development of the e-commerce industry.In the future,the e-commerce industry will become a new driving force for regional development.This paper takes Inner Mongolia Urad E-commerce Industrial Park as the research object,compares,analyzes and studies its development status,and compares it with different regional e-commerce industrial parks,finds the differences,and finds the strategic path of future development.And in the process of strategic research,we strive to summarize the objective laws of the development of e-commerce industrial parks.First of all,from the background and significance of the paper,comb the management development strategy,e-commerce and the basic theory and research methods of industrial clusters.Then use PEST analysis method to analyze the industry environment of e-commerce industrial park,and use SWOT analysis method to discuss in detail the advantages,disadvantages,opportunities and challenges of industrial park development,and combine Porter's five-force model for enterprises.In-depth analysis of the competitive environment within the industry to support the selection and design of the park's guiding ideology,basic principles and strategic objectives,and to implement the “differentiation strategy” and “cost strategy” Differentiate development strategy,and propose strategic development measures from the aspects of perfecting the market system,building regional characteristic brands,increasing investment attraction,focusing on personnel training,and optimizing rural e-commerce,and then financing from organizations,human resources,product incubation,and investment promotion.Four aspects propose the guarantee mechanism for the implementation of the development strategy.It is hoped that through the analysis and research of this paper,we can find out the differences between Urad E-commerce Industrial Park and other industrial parks,and provide valuable theoretical suggestions and strategic measures for the development of industrial parks.
