| After over 20 years of exploration,Chinese industrial park has been developing since 1979 in Shenzhen Special Administrative Region and 1984 in surrounding coastal cities.However,at the beginning,industrial park engaged in investment promotion,and industrial development planning and industrial development model has not been given full attention.At present,problems of convergence industry layout development,limited industrial development space,over-reliance on preferential policies,etc.,which have emerged all over the country,have affected the further development of industrial parks seriously;therefore,the industrial park must seriously study the industrial planning and development model.In the background of new normal of China's economy,industrial park must change the extensive development model,transforming from quantitative change into qualitative change;paying full attention to relevant theoretical research of industrial development;combining with local favorable resources,choosing appropriate industry to incubate and make a layout;further strengthening the concept of circular economy,gradually improving the shortlisted standards,thus achieving sustainable development of industrial park.In this paper,starting from the industrial development of the basic concepts and basic theory,reviews the practice of industry development planning method and practice process,examines the Xiang Jiang industrial park in detail the actual and current situation of industrial development,the system analysis,statistical analysis and advantage analysis methods such as objective analysis of the turpan Xiang Jiang industrial park industrial development facing the opportunities and challenges and the reality of the existence of Xiang Jiang industrial park development problems.In this paper,first of all,according to the reality of Xiang Jiang industrial park industrial development proposed industrial park development orientation in the future.Then according to the principle of regional leading industry choice,consult reference in choosing the leading industry,the leading industry of the extract of turpan,adjust measures to local conditions for Xiang Jiang industrial park is the choice of leading industry in the development.Finally,in accordance with the right type of industry for the industrial development strategy,at the same time,based on the industrial park space location advisory industry put forward about the overall layout design specification,as to the future development of Xiang Jiang industrial park provides a strong theoretical foundation,which has a certain practical reference value. |
