Research On How The Intellectual Property System Influence The Enterprises' Innovation Ability And The Innovation Performance

With the accelerating process of economic globalization in the world,under the situation that science and technology develops by leaps and bounds,the intellectual property rights has become an increasingly effective means to enhance innovation capability and core competitiveness,to expand domestic and foreign markets,a key factor to maximize economic benefits.Enterprises,as the main intellectual property creation and main battlefield of the implementation of the intellectual property strategy,are in the position of the top priority.As the incentive and protection system of technology innovation,the establishment of the intellectual property system is a kind of institutional arrangement which can effectively solve the problem of knowledge spillover and innovation risk,etc.The creation,management,utilization and protection system of the intellectual property system plays an important role in promoting the enterprises' innovation capability and innovation performance.How to use the intellectual property system to improve the enterprises' independent innovation ability and the innovation performance,and how the intellectual property system acts on the enterprise's innovation ability and the innovation performance,has become an urgent problem in front of us.Hence,this paper puts the main technical innovation-Tech-SMEs as research subjects,applying economics and management theory,studying the effects of the creation,management,utilization and protection of the intellectual property rights on enterprises' innovation ability and the innovation performance on the base of the framework of the intellectual property system.Thesis' s research contents are as follows:(1)The influence of the intellectual property system to Tech-SMEs' innovation ability in Tianjin is positively significant,and the influence coefficient is 0.141.The coefficient shows that,in the case of other conditions unchanged,an additional unit of the intellectual property system,enterprise innovation ability will be significantly increased by 0.141.And knowledge creation,utilization,and protection of property rights system have a positive impact on enterprise innovation ability,while the management system of the effect is less significant.(2)The intellectual property system also significantly impact on the Tech-SMEs' innovation performance in Tianjin,and the coefficient is 0.255.Showing that when the other conditions unchanged,an additional unit of intellectual property right system,the enterprise innovation performance will be promoted to 0.255.And the creation of the intellectual property system,management and application system also have positive influence on enterprise innovation ability.And the current situation of intellectual property rights protection system is not conducive to enterprise especially small and mid-sized enterprise innovation performance improvement.(3)The effect of the Tech-SMEs' innovation ability to its own innovation performance is 0.595,is very significant.It shows that when the other conditions unchanged,an additional unit of enterprise innovation ability,can improve 0.595 units of the enterprise innovation performance,the enterprise innovation ability's effect to the promotion of enterprise innovation performance is very big.And the enterprise ability of research and development,product innovation,process innovation,management innovation and marketing innovation ability have positive influence on the innovation performance of the enterprise.
