Organizational justice is always the focus of research, Foreign scholars have basically reached a definition of its meaning and the division dimension. In the research of organizational justice, most scholars study from the perspective of that strengthen the sense of organizational justice can improve employees’psychological and behavioral, but, currently there is a lack of research on the paths that can affect it. However, in the study of ethical leadership, It can influence job satisfaction and performance of employees, can have some impact on the employees’perception of organizational justice, Therefore, ethical leadership is likely to become one of the effective ways to influence it, this paper studies on organizational justice from the perspective of ethical leadership, Trying to find it influences organizational justice’s paths.Firstly, this paper summarizes the research results of ethical leadership at home and abroad, Secondly, the relevant literatures on organizational justice are summarized, Finally, the literatures related to the study of organizational ethical climate are reviewed and summarized, After analyzing the logical relationship between the three variables. ethical leadership, organizational ethical climate, organizational justice dimensions are divided and defined, and proposed related research hypotheses and theoretical models, The scale of these three variables are selected and prepared the corresponding measurement questionnaires, Through using of SPSS17.0 and AMOS21.0 softwares for statistical data analysis, After scale reliability and validity analysis, confirmes that the measurement scales have good reliability and validity. Then study the relationship between the structure of a single hypothesis model and the overall structure of multi-hypothesis model.After researching the paths of the ethical leadership affects organizational justice, By building a theoretical model, found that there are two paths, One path is a direct impact of ethical leadership on organizational justice,Another path is a indirect impact, And organizational ethical climate plays a part of intermediary role.Finally, based on the research conclusions, this paper gives the corresponding management revelation, at the same time, points out the disadvantages of the study and the subsequent improvement.
