Connector industry with the economic globalization trend growing competition between enterprises is increasingly fierce, the competition between enterprises is increasingly fierce, technical talent between enterprises has become the most important part of. Technical talents in the21st century is the most precious resource, enterprise development is also one of the most key link in enterprise survival and development, has the strength of enterprises all over the world, all rely on technical talents and management talents with good qualities to create economic efficiency of enterprises. Modern enterprise management mode has been changed to people-centered, people-oriented management, the competition between enterprises is actually the technical talent competition.Technical brain drain is the enterprise technical personnel flow more than reasonable value. Currently, inter-industry technical personnel turnover rate of about10%, in HongZhi company technical very serious brain drain phenomenon, if without notice, will seriously affect the development of the enterprise. HongZhi company was founded in2003, is located in dongguan city, guangdong province, the existing staff of nearly2000people, the total assets of$3.5million, HongZhi company focused on developing Fine pitch, computer, communications, and other products used in the research and development of high precision connectors and precision mold design and manufacturing. Nearly three years technical talent turnover rate is high, high staff turnover, macro to companies face the crisis of choose and employ persons. Taking HongZhi company as an example, and using the incentive theory and career planning theory as the instruction, the brain drain problem to do the comprehensive technical and at the same time based on HongZhi company personnel to carry on the employee satisfaction survey, interview survey and on-the-job technical brain drain reason of HongZhi company respectively from the social environment, the enterprise internal environment and personal factors of three aspects to carry on the analysis, it finds out the factors resulting in the loss of technical talents in the company, such as the error in the links of the lack of incentive mechanism, management, etc., and find the way of solve the problem, put forward the control and reduction of enterprise technical countermeasures of brain drain problem. This article is based on the analysis in HongZhi company as the research object, and expect the countermeasures to effectively provide reference for enterprises to solve the technical problem of brain drain it.
