Since the reform and opening up,China has developed rapidly for more than 30 years,and has become the second largest packaging country in the world.Driven by the economic transformation and upgrading,packaging industry has entered an important transition period from a big packaging country to a powerful packaging country.There has been a transformation trend towards intelligent,customized,innovative and green development.Engineering and technical personnel have become an important factor to determine the competitiveness of enterprises.In recent years,the rate of brain drain of engineering and technical personnel in A packaging enterprises has been rising,which not only restricts the steady development and normal operation of A packaging enterprises,but also affects the potential and competitiveness of sustainable development of enterprises.How to reduce the brain drain rate of engineering and technical personnel has become an urgent problem for A packaging enterprises.This paper mainly adopts the methods of literature research,questionnaire survey and field survey.Firstly,through the study of relevant literature,we can understand the influencing factors of employee turnover,loss cost and risk management,so that this study has sufficient theoretical support;secondly,through field investigation and visits,we can get a thorough understanding of the status of human resources,thesituation of employee turnover in recent years,and the cost of employee turnover in A packaging enterprise.The first-hand information is needed by the research institute.Finally,through questionnaire survey,the reasons for the high turnover rate of employees in A packaging enterprise are deeply explored.Based on the actual survey results,the influencing factors of the loss of engineering and technical personnel in A packaging enterprise are analyzed,and the countermeasures to prevent the loss of engineering and technical personnel in A packaging enterprise are put forward.The research on the brain drain of engineering and technical personnel in A packaging enterprise can not only expand the research topic of brain drain,provide theoretical reference for future research on brain drain of packaging enterprise,but also have important practical significance for reducing staff drain,stimulating the potential of technical personnel and enhancing the market competitiveness of packaging enterprise.
