Abstract/Summary:
As China gradually enters the post industrial era,equipment manufacturing enterprises in Liaoning are facing great difficulties and challenges.The northeast national economy represented by Liaoning Province should be fully recovered and the old industrial base should be reborn.State owned enterprises are the important political force and economic subject of the country,and play a vital role in the process of national economic construction and social development.In the current economic and social environment,society has given individuals more career choices and opportunities,more survival methods and working methods,and also promoted the flow of enterprise technical talents.Therefore,how to take measures to control the loss of enterprise talents,especially the loss of technical talents,improve the scientific level of human resource management,and prevent the loss of enterprise technical talents and its negative impact on enterprises,It has become an important task for human resource management in state-owned enterprises.Therefore,in-depth study of the stable development strategy of enterprise talents is of great significance to improve the core competitiveness of the company and promote the long-term development of the enterprise.This thesis focuses on the state-owned enterprise HK as an example.First,the background and scope of the study is discussed.Second,on the basis of relevant concepts and theories,combined with the actual real life situation of HK companies,exit interviews,surveys and other methods to summarize the reasons to attrition in recent years.According to the actual samples of the company,combined with the scientific HR management theory,it provides specific improvement plan design.The key points of the solution include building a compound salary system,improving the promotion system and building a systematic training system.To achieve the purpose of controlling the retention of professional and technical talents in state-owned enterprises,and promote the healthy and effective development of state-owned enterprises.
