From the concept of "Smarter Planet" was put forward,the construction of Smarter City,the development of Intelligent Tourism to the rise of Smarter Hotel now,It is inseparable from the development of intelligent process.Smarter Hotel is the combination of hotel industry and technology information,but also the future trend of the development of the hotel industry.As early as the year of 2009,The Dragon Hotel Hangzhou cooperated with IBM to build the first Smarter Hotel in China.Nevertheless,it can not change the status that the development of Smart Hotel is still at the primary stage;there is no uniform standard for the construction of Smarter Hotel.Because of the different business model,location,customer groups and management model,the path to build a Smarter Hotel is not exactly the same.But the construction of the hotel and the products provided by the hotel are ultimately serving the consumers.The core thinking must be guided by the needs of consumers.The purpose is to enhance customer stickiness;hotels can maximize profits,transformation and upgrading.In the upsurge of the rapid development of the hotel industry,from the perspective of customer demand still have theoretical blind spot in the research of Smarter Hotel construction.Therefore,based on the perspective of customer demand,this paper analyzes the construction path of Smarter Hotel,hoping to play a supporting role in Smarter Hotel construction.First of all,consult the literature to make a summary and analysis,determine the background of the topic,the purpose and significance of the study,and review the research status of smarter hotel both domestic and abroad.Summarize the definition of smarter hotel and put forward the definition of smarter hotel.Defining its related concepts,collate the research framework and route;introduce the research and data processing methods,as well as the relevant theoretical basis and technical support used.Put forwardthe innovative points of this paper.Secondly,design the relevant indicators of the questionnaire based on customer demand,SPSS17.0 was used for descriptive analysis,reliability and validity analysis,factor analysis,correlation test and stepwise regression analysis.Draw conclusions through data analysis.1.Customers have great demand for Smarter Hotel construction.2.The construction of technology platform,personalized service platform and integrated service platform has significant positive correlation with the construction of Smarter Hotel.Thirdly,investigating the present situation of sample hotel based on customer experience,the conclusion is that sample hotel lacks intelligence.Analyzes the reasons for the insufficient intelligence of sample hotels and puts forward countermeasures,puts forward the implementation path of the intelligent hotel construction path for sample hotel.Finally,the conclusions and shortcomings of the paper are obtained and prospects for the future development of Smarter Hotel.
