Based on research of HW trading company's business process,this paper is to help the company to break through the bottleneck and make it from extensive management to fine-management.HW trading company,which focus on food retailing and use pool to sale products,post sales of almost$ 30 million.As the company expands and internal management lag seriously,There are many factors affect the development of the company,such as: increasing operating costs,falling profits,sales growth and decline in margins.Based on the research of enterprise's business process at home and abroad,this paper analysis HW trading company's current development situation.To make investigation on customer,supplier and HW trading company's own staff,which collected disagreements and suggestions by questionnaire and interviews.Then this paper find out four key process in this company,such as: supermarket contract business process,store order business process,commodity verification business process,buy and storage business process.Based on ASME and IDEF analysis method,this paper further analyzes the existing problems of key process.At the same time,this paper also analyzes many other aspects which restrict the improvement of process efficiency.Such as: organization framework setting,strategy sustentation and process execution.And this paper puts forward some practicable measures to solve them.In order to change its present situation of HW trading company,this article maintains that this company must take a series of measures to solve key process problems,such as: lack of control,exist redundancy,process set unreasonable,lack of integration,lack of information,etc.At the same time,this company must take a series of measures to change its process management,Such as: construct the strategy-oriented process management system,strengthen strategy sustentation,organization construct optimization,optimize the key process,establish a management system to strengthen process execution.And it in order to lead HW trading company walk out of development predicament and acquire long-term health development.
