On the one hand,job engagement has become a new research hotspot after job burnout in the academic field with the deepening of positive psychology research,a large number of studies have shown that job engagement has a positive impact on job performance,but there are few research on the antecedent variables affecting job engagement.On the other hand,knowledge workers are increasingly regarded as the key success factors of the company at the level of enterprise practice with the advent of the new era of knowledge economy,the job engagement of knowledge workers is an important fulcrum for the company to win competitive advantage,however,it is a universal problem for the lack of job engagement of knowledge workers in worldwide,it has become a common challenge for human resource managers in academia and business circles to design long-term incentive mechanism to improve the job engagement of knowledge workers base on accurately identifying various incentive factors.Based on the above situation,this paper takes A company as the sample,and takes the impact of incentive factors on job engagement of knowledge workers as the research theme,the incentive factors of job engagement of knowledge workers are analyzed in depth by ways for adopting the research methods of theoretical research,empirical research and case analysis,in this way,a more scientific and reasonable incentive system is constructed under the cultural background of A company,which can provide useful reference for the optimization of incentive mechanism of A company and the improvement of job engagement of knowledge workers.In addition,in terms of structural arrangement,this paper makes an exploratory analysis of the impact of incentive factors on job engagement of knowledge workers in A company and puts forward research hypothesis and theoretical model,then designs questionnaires and conducts empirical research,and finally puts forward optimization suggestions on incentive mechanism for knowledge workers of A company base on the research result.The following conclusions are drawn: Incentive factors have a positive impact on job engagement of knowledge workers,what's more,the three sub-dimensions of incentive factors(environmental factors,personal factors and work factors)have a positive impact on the vitality dimension of job engagement of knowledge workers,the individual factor dimension of incentive factors has a positive impact on the dedication dimension of job engagement of knowledge workers,ant the work factor dimension of incentive factors has a positive impact on the focus dimension of job engagement of knowledge workers.The main contributions of this study include: It is constructed for a systematic incentive model of job engagement of knowledge workers,which revealing the impact of various subdivisions of incentive factors on job engagement,and it is designed for a set of long-term incentive mechanism to provide reference for continuously improving the job engagement of knowledge workers.
