| In the recent decades,the Internet enterprises have experienced constant evolution and progress,they have played a really significant and decisive role in the process of the China’s economic growth,the effects of which are also increasingly prominent,and gradually becoming one available component of the economic growth.The key to the Enterprise development is people.In the Internet enterprises,the intellectual employees are the crux to the survival of the enterprises and also the main source of the core competitiveness.How to mobilize the enthusiasm and creativity of these intellectual employees and bring their value into play,are the necessary factors to be considered for the Internet enterprises when formulating the incentive measures.Based on the research and collation of relevant thesis at home and abroad,this paper summarizes the personalities and characteristics of knowledge workers,and takes the knowledge workers of H Company as the research object,investigating their incentive satisfaction and the importance of incentive factors through questionnaires,interviews and other methods.In this paper,descriptive statistical analysis and reliability analysis of the survey data are carried out with SPSS24.0,and combining with the background of knowledge workers,it conducts a variance analysis for the preferred incentive factors of knowledge workers in H Company to accurately find out the problems existing in the incentive aspects of them.In view of the problems,this paper analyzes the main causes of the current incentive problems existing in H company,and combining the ERG theory,expectancy theory,equity theory from multiple perspectives,it puts forward the optimizing proposals of building broadband pay system,building the multichannel career development incentives,optimally building objective and fair performance assessment,scientifically carrying out the career planning.The research results of this paper provides a basis to enrich and improve the incentive strategy for knowledge workers of H Company,and provides reference for the enterprise to motivate their employees and improve the enthusiasm and creativity of knowledge workers in working,which is conducive to promoting enterprise development and enhancing its core competitiveness. |
