With the proposal of innovation theory of Peter. F. Drucker, more and more scholors have realized important role of innovation in the development of technology and economic. In the knowledge and economic society of 21st century, knowledge and innovation promote economic development, having replaced material resource of land and labor tools. Thus, knowledge employees who are having intellectual capital and innovation ability, are the core competence in the enterprise. Under the background, it is urgent and important to research how to incentive knowledge workers and improve their enthusiasm. However, the precondition of incentive is needs analysis, so based on related documents, the paper summarizes characters and demand factors of knowledge workers, constructs incentive modles and proposes incentive methods.The paper is divided into five parts: the first chapter, introduction, mainly presents background, significance, research status, research content, technical line and key issues to be resolved; the second chapter, theoretical basis, mainly presents there theories----knowledge workers theory, job involvement theory, job engagement theory; the third chapter, constructs incentive modle, proposes incentive methods; the fourth chapter, case studies and applications, on the basis of A company, analysis incentive status, propose incentive methods, and detects incentive effects; the fifth chapter, conclusion and outlook, analysis merits and limitations of the paper, and give a perspective on post-study.
