As the world's leading shipping company,the e-commerce department of Company C is responsible for the establishment of EDI(electronic data interchange)with the company's major partners,such as customs,major container terminals and import and export customers.With the increasing number of EDI projects,the department is faced with how to ensure that the project selection and implementation of the company's development strategy can be consistent,and in the case of limited resources to organize and manage a number of projects.Based on the experiences and lessons of project management in practice,this disseration analyzes the problems in the process of management based on EDI(electronic data interchange)multi-project management mode of Company C,and focuses on the project priority in multi-project management Sorting,and resource conflicts.Firstly,the goal,management and method of project portfolio management in multi-project management are introduced,and then the existing multi-project management mode is guided by strategy management.This disseration attempts to analyze the project selection methods which are commonly used in project portfolio management.Including portfolio classification matrix method,strategic alliance model and weighted standard,fuzzy analytic hierarchy process and so on.Comparison and confirmation of fuzzy AHP method to meet the Company C EDI multi-project management of the actual situation of the project priority ranking method.Secondly,the key chain method is used to analyze the key chain and key resources of EDI multi-project management under the precondition of multi-project priority.The priority is to allocate the resources to each key process,and the non-key process is the second.In the process of setting different buffers to ease resource conflicts,shorten the project duration.So as to realize the optimal allocation of resources based on the multi-project priority evaluation.In this disseration,the company C's three EDI projects as an example of this project based on multi-project priority evaluation of the optimal allocation of resources on the pilot implementation of the results of the analysis and propose future improvements.In this disseration,how to implement EDI multi-project among the shipping companies to prioritize the management and optimization of resource utilization within the project,so as to improve the efficiency of resource use,has practical significance.
