In the current market economic environment,Consumer demand continues to improve,while sophisticated technology continues to emerge,so that the product life cycle is becoming shorter and shorter in the market.That is,new products introduce have become the main battlefield of competition among enterprises,as well as the core competitiveness of enterprises.Because of the shortening of the product life cycle,the enterprise hopes to develop the consumer's individualized demand in the shortest time period,and it is advanced in technology,superior in quality and reliable in performance.This requires strict new product development schedule management,in accordance with the established time to release new products or to deliver new products to customersBased on the HY company in product R&D project schedule management,analysis and study of existing task estimation is not accurate,project material resource planning,activity sequencing is not reasonable,lack of progress control in four aspects.The application of the theory and method of project management is improved,including three point estimation method,critical control chain method,bottom-up resource estimation method,parallel work method and emergency method,etc..And through the implementation and application of product research and development project in HY company,the effectiveness of the project management method is verified.At the same time,the system project management theory also makes HY company product development project management more standardized and systematic,and enhance the company's competitiveness in product development.
