The team and the patrol center(so-called stations)are the basic units of the production and operation activities of the power supply enterprise.The foremen of teams and patrol centers are commanders of the first line of production and operation.They are also important bridges of communication between enterprises and staffs.The quality of the foremen reflects the quality of the whole staff of the enterprise.Only when the foreman manage the team scientifically,organize the team well,will the team and the enterprise be full of energy.How to choose the best team leader? How to reach person-post matching? A high performance team leader will have what kind of quality? This is very important in the management of human resources.This paper takes the G Power Supply Bureau as an example to study the construction and application of the competency model of the first-line foremen in power grid enterprises.By referring to the related literatures,defines the related competency model research background and research significance,on the basis of relevant theory,the current situation of G power supply bureau is analyzed,through the research and interview data,combined with the characteristics of the power supply enterprise class webmaster,find out the existing G Power Supply Bureau first class management problems: webmaster skills high,but the leadership,team training to improve the overall skill level is relatively low,its ability to train the enthusiasm and effectiveness,low class jobs and do not fit webmaster workload and other issues,there is an urgent need to establish the evaluation model,the potential class in quality,improve the training evaluation of G Power Supply Bureau post(post)"the closed loop management system.According to the criteria of class webmaster performance,using behavioral event interviews and expert evaluation method to collect outstanding performance comparison between groups and the general population performance behavior,the formation of G Power Supply Bureau first class station competency model.Then,through the method of questionnaire survey,the paper verifies the competency model of the master.At last,this paper studies the application of G model to the competency model of the first class of the power supply bureau,and explores the way to apply the model in practice.
