Along with the development of the cigarette reducing tar and harm technology,reducing tar and harmful substance of cigarette has become the theme.Cigarette filter rods,as an important part of cigarette,plays an important role in reducing tar and harm in cigarette.Relative to the most widely used acetate filter rods,paper filter rods can effectively reduce the release quantity of content in cigarette mainstream smoke?Paper filter rods with wood pulp fiber as raw materials,it is the first cigarette filter,the cheapest,most simple materials,low cost,high filtration efficiency,especially for particle phase in cigarette mainstream smoke.This study based on the characteristics of the paper filter tips,combined with the current development trend of the cigarette filter rod,systematic study of the element paper filter rod?binary paper-acetate fiber composite filter rods of some physical properties and filtration properties of harmful substances.The main work as follow:(1)Preparation of different width of unit paper filter tips,examines paper width on the unit paper filter rods physical performance indicators,and the influence of filtering characteristics.The results showed that,with the increase of the paper filter tips paper width,paper filter rod pressure drop and hardness increase,When the paper filter tips paper width exceeds 245mm,unit paper filter tips to increase the magnitude of the pressure drop is decreases.relative to the unit Cellulose acetate filter rods,the paper filter tips can effectively reduce the tar,nicotine,ammonia,benzo[a]pyrene emission in mainstream cigarette smoke,while did not affect the release of hydrocyanic acid,carbonyl and phenolic compounds?Unit paper filter tips and unit acetate filter rod carbon monoxide emissions roughly equal in mainstream cigarette smoke(2)Selects the quantitative of 35 g/m2,width of 220 mm paper paper filter rods,length of 120mm,144mm dual paper-acetate fiber composite filter rods were prepared,and comparative analysis with binary composite of cellulose acetate filter rods impact on the release of tar and nicotine in mainstream cigarette smoke.The results show that:with respect to the binary complex of cellulose acetate filter rods,filter rod length is 120mm and 144mm of dual paper-acetate fiber composite filter tips can reduce tar and nicotine in the mainstream smoke of release quantity,Filter rod length is 120mm and 144mm of dual paper-acetate fiber composite filter tips cigarette mainstream smoke nicotine and tar emission reduction rate in the range of:16.36%?30.33%?15.79%?21.21%? 26.32%?32.47%?17.07%?27.59%?(3)Analysis and detection of binary paper-cellulose acetate filter rods and binary complex composite of cellulose acetate filter tips of seven indicators compounds of release quantity in cigarette mainstream smoke.The results showed that:Compared with the binary composite cellulose acetate filter rods,binary paper-acetate composite filter rods can effectively reduce ammonia and benzene and B[a]P of release quantity in cigarette mainstream smoke,The scope of their emission reduction rate of 5.02%?19.69%,17.14%?23.96%;However,binary paper-acetate composite filter rods have no significant effect on phenol,croton aldehyde,hydrocyanic acid release quantity,Two kinds of filter rods cigarette NNK and carbon monoxide emissions roughly equal in mainstream cigarette smoke.(4)For the physical characteristics and the filter characteristics of the paper filter rod,prepared the coating with different proportions of activated carbon and chitosan binary paper-acetate fiber composite filter rods,analyze and Detect its impact on the emission of tar,nicotine and carbon monoxide in mainstream cigarette smoke.The results showed that:Relative to the coating chitosan binary paper-acetate composite filter rods,coated with activated carbon binary paper-acetate composite filter rods can effectively reduce tar,nicotine's release.Two types of filter tips emission of carbon monoxide is roughly equal in mainstream cigarette smoke(5)Comparative analysis coated with activated carbo and chitosan binary paper-acetate fiber composite filter rod the release of partial hazardous substances in mainstream cigarette smoke.The results showed that:Relative to Coated with activated carbon the dual paper-acetate fiber composite filter rods,coated with chitosan binary paper-acetate fiber composite filter rod exhibit selective adsorption for carbonyl compounds ammonia and other harmful substances in the flue gas,However,no significant effect on the release of phenols,benzo[a]pyrene and other harmful substances in mainstream smoke.Binary paper-acetate fiber in composite filter rods coated activated carbon and chitosan,respectively,representing a significant effect on the release of small molecular weight neutral components and small molecular weight weakly polar components of mainstream smoke.(6)Based on filter characteristics of hazardous substances of coated activated carbon and chitosan the dual paper-acetate fiber composite filter rods of the mainstream smoke,to further optimize,Using quadratic regression orthogonal combination design of activated carbon and chitosan coating solutions,and regression analysis for the results.The results showed that:Coated with activated carbon//chitosan binary paper-cellulose acetate composite filter tips in mainstream cigarette smoke lower tar delivery rate range:2.46%?26.23%,Range of nicotine emission reduction rate:4.67%?26.17%;Such filter tips can significantly reduce the emission of carbonyl compounds,phenols,hydrogen cyanide,benzo[a]pyrene and semi-volatile and volatile compounds harmful substances in mainstream smoke.Significantly reduce the dangers of cigarette smoke.Therefore,Relative to the control sample,coated activated carbon/chitosan significantly improved binary paper-cellulose acetate composite filter tips filter performance,and it has a certain ability to select drop harm.(7)using scanning electron microscopy and nitrogen adsorption examines the paper filter tips the surface structure and pore structure.The results were as follows:Coated with activated carbon/chitosan paper filter rods of the pore are mainly distributed in ? 100 nm,The aperture size of paper filter rods paper ?50 nm at the same time there are also some 60?100 nm macroporous;To coated activated carbon on paper filter rods paper/chitosan adsorption materials increased paper micro hole number and volume of the filter material.There is no pore structure in acetate fibre bundle.
