In the modern industry and life,because of the excellent performance of PP,make its products are widely used in various fields.However,the disadvantage of PP is also obvious,such as low strength,low hardness and poor bending strength et al.Therefore,the modified PP has attracted many reseacher's interests.In this paper,the dynamic suspension polymerization was synthesized by the phenolic spheres.With PP acting as matrix composites,fumed silica,calcium carbonate and phenolic spheres for fillers,preparing of fumed silica/PP,calcium carbonate/PP and phenolic spheres/PP composites by melt blending method.The crystallization and micro-structure of composites were characterized by SEM and POM.To test the mechanics performance of three kinds of composites,study the influence of fillers on the composites mechanics performance.The effect of fillers on viscoelastic composites was investigated by rheological property and DMA.The effect of fillers on thermal deformation resistance of the composites was investigated through the vicat softening temperature.The results show that phenolic spheres size is uniform,dispersing uniformly in the composites and combining with the matrix well.The mechanical property of the optimum comprehensive composites is best when fumed silica,calcium carbonate and phenolic spheres are respectively 3wt%,2wt%and 3wt%.Phenolic spheres as filler,comprehensive performance of the composites is better than that of fumed silica and calcium carbonate.
