The Acanthopanax trifoliatus has been characteristics of edible wild medicinal plants in Enping,Guangdong,known as white ilicifolius(Acanthopanax trifoliatus(Linn.)Merr.).In Enping,acquisition of Acanthopanax trifoliatus has been used to fresh vegetables,treatment of eczema,prickly heat and other diseases.Acanthopanax trifoliatus has functions with Qingre Xiaoyan,dehumidification and pathogenic fire and so on.But so far,the research and development of Acanthopanax trifoliatus was mainly for rough machining according to the folk experience,the added value of products were not high,and the active components of Acanthopanax trifoliatus and modern pharmacological research had few.The study found that the anticancer,antioxidant and anti-inflammatory activity of extract of Acanthopanax trifoliatus have existed,and confirmed the rationality of traditional application.Therefore,in order to make Acanthopanax trifoliatus have better development and utilization,the experiment were not only in-depth research on the effective chemical constituents of Acanthopanax trifoliatus,and the use of Acanthopanax trifoliatus properties of a series of functional products,Acanthopanax trifoliatus herbal tea and Acanthopanax trifoliatus capsule.The works were completed as follows:1?Acanthopanax trifoliatus was extracted with 95%ethanol,followed byusing different polar reagents such as petroleum ether,ethyl acetate and n-butanol,respectively,three extracts of different polarity were obtained.There were 6 compounds were separated and purified by obtainsed silica gel chromatography with positive and reversional phases,and recrystallization method from the petroleum ether extraction of Acanthopanax trifoliatus.2?The structures of purified compounds from Acanthopanax trifoliatus were identified by 1H-NMR,13C-NMR and DEPT135° methods as:ent-kaur-16-en-19-oic acid(I),kaur-16-en-19-al(II),18-nor-ent-kaur-16-ene-4 ?-ol(?),ent-19-hydroxy-13-epi-manoyloxide(IV),(-)-16r-Hydroxykauran-19-oic acid(V)and?-sitosterol(VI).3?The study on the formula and process study of Acanthopanax trifoliatus herbal tea was carried out by single factor and orthogonal experiment with polyphenols content as main quality control index.The inhibitory rate of the herbal tea beverage on DPPH and ABTS was determined to further evaluate its antioxidant activity.The optimized process of Acanthopanax trifoliatus were with solid-liquid ratio of 1:12(g/mL),extraction time of 180min and three times of extraction.In the formula,the optimized ingredients were 24.00%Acanthopanax trifoliatus juice,15.00%sugar cane juice,0.18%VC,0.02%citric acid,2.00%liquid maltitol and 0.60%?-cyclodextrin,The capability of free radical scavenging in the optimized formula was determined to be the highest in all tested formulas.4?The process of the preparation of Acanthopanax trifoliatus capsule were studied by inspection of hygroscopicity,absoption curve of moisture,angle of repose and bulk density.The capability of free radical scavenging in the optimized formula was determined by on DPPH and ABTS.The results showed that:(1)Acanthopanax trifoliatus extract in capsule was 83.33%(solid),tangerine peel extract 16.67%(solid);(2)Silica,calcium hydrogen phosphate can be used as compound with complementary makings,can better improve Acanthopanax trifoliatus vegetable extract moisture absorption;(3)Selection of silica,calcium hydrogen phosphate,?-cyclodextrin and dispersing extract as the wall material of Acanthopanax trifoliatus capsule.The optimum process condition was as follows:wall material ratio(silica:calcium hydrogen phosphate:?-cyclodextrin:dispersing extract)1:1:1:1,the best preparation with critical relative humidity of 81.40%,The capability of free radical scavenging in the optimized formula was determined to be the highest in all tested formulas.
