The research of dissertation is as follows:Firstly,the significance of chiral separation,the chiral separation methods and the chiral stationary phases in HPLC were stated.A briefly introduction for membrane separation technology was given,especially for enantioseparation of chiral polymer membrane.Secondly,after prepration,purification and characterization of the monomer N-carboxyanhydride(NCA)of l-glutamic acid 5-methyl ester were performed,the amino acid polymer was synthesized.The influence on the yield and viscosity of the polymer were discussed with the content of initiator and monomer,the kinds of solvents,the purity of monomer,the reaction temperature,and polymerization time.Thirdly,coated poly(?-methyl ester-l-glutamate)on 3-aminopropyl silanized silica gel and prepared the chiral column,the separations of two positional isomers and five racemates were achieved by the chiral stationary phase using hexane-isopropanol as mobile phase in HPLC.The results showed that poly(?-methyl ester-l-glutamate)exhibited good selectivity for positional isomers and enantiomers.Finally,the poly(?-methyl-l-glutamate)(PMLG)membranes were prepared.Besides,the influences of different parameters such as the molecular weight of membranes,the amount of acetonitrile,the concentration of feed solution,the permeation time and temperature for eantioseparations of D,L-4-hydroxyphenylglycine were studied.Over 51.32% of enantiomeric excess(e.e.%)for D,L-4-hydroxyphenylglycine was obtained.
