This paper briefly introduced the chiral compound,the meaning and method of enantioseparation.It mainly mentioned the preparation of optical resolution membranes.We studied the interfacial polycondensation reaction by diaminocyclohexane and 1,6-diisocyanate.When experimental condition was 1.67 of molar ratio of the monomers and 20 min of polymerization time,the largest interfacial polymerization product was obtained.The polymer was not soluble in common organic solvents.With 1.70 of molar ratio of diaminocyclohexane and 1,6-diisocyanate,10 s of polymerization time,110 ? of heat treatment temperature,a composite membrane was prepared by interfacial polymerization on polysulfone membrane surface.The membrane showed a better separation performance for D,L-p-hydroxyphenylglycine,over 44.17 % of enantiomeric excess(e.e.)could be given.The enantioselective membrane for D,L-p-hydroxyphenylglycine was prepared on polysulfone membrane surface with hydroxypropyl-?-cyclodextrin and 1,6-diisocyanate.The optimization of parameters has been done by orthogonal experiment method for the preparation of membrane and the enantioseparation of D,L-p-hydroxyphenylglycine.The enantiomeric excess(e.e.)could reach 59.13%.A similar composite membrane was also prepared with ?-cyclodextrin and 1,6-diisocyanate.The separation of D,L-p-hydroxyphenylglycine was carried out on the optical resolution membranes to give 60.20% of enantiomeric excess.
