With the development of the economy,the global economic integration is accelerating.The market environment is becoming more and more complex and the competition is becoming more and more fierce.As the core resource of the future development of the enterprise,human resource is directly related to the competitiveness of the enterprise.Therefore,the management of human resources is being paid more and more attention to by more and more enterprises.Some enterprises draw on foreign advanced human resources planning model and make strategic planning according to their own operating conditions.The specific implementation of the strategic planning of human resources will not only help the future development of the enterprise,but also help the enterprises to broaden the future market and win the customers.In this regard,enterprises need to formulate strategic human resources planning,so as to achieve sustainable development.The coal industry is the basic industry of our country,for a long time,under the influence of the planned economy system,the coal enterprise is stagnant.With the reform of the economic system,the coal enterprises are gradually transforming.Coupled with the impact of factors such as coal production growth,import growth in recent years,China's coal demand fell sharply,the state formulated a series of policies to accelerate the merger and reorganization of coal enterprises to reduce production capacity.By the end of 2016,more than 1000 coal mines shut down,the national policy approach to accelerate the merger and reorganization of coal enterprises.SH group wants to obtain a lasting competitive advantage,the need to develop specific development strategies,and support the development of an effective tool for strategic human resource planning.Therefore,SH group needs to make reasonable planning of human resources.Based on the master of human resources planning theory,analyzes the development of coal enterprise's internal and external environment and the necessity of human resource planning,according to the plan of human resources planning.To collect the data of human resource planning,the status quo of Henan SH group human resources planning analysis,pointed out the existence of the human resource management of Henan SH Group Co.Ltd.the problems and the corresponding reasons;the supply and demand of Henan SH group human resources are analyzed,using the method of questionnaire to analyze the data,and to predict the human resource gap,puts forward the SH group human resources planning objectives;the combined development of Henan SH group human resources planning and the characteristics of human resource planning scheme,put forward specific suggestions.
