We live in a fast developing information age.Information development provides a new teaching tool for education,and requires that education methods should also upgrate along with the development of the times.The age requires people to enhance their ability to adapt to the information society.The purpose of education is to enable the educated to have the ability to adapt to the information society life;education also needs to improve the efficiency of educations and meet the needs of the rapid development of society.Digital experiment,as a education method using information technology,has the characteristics of real-time data collection,visualization of experimental process,automation of image generation,etc.,and it can display experiments directly and multidimensional.Further promotion and in-depth study of digital experiments will promote chemical education towards information and modernization,improve teaching efficiency and students' ability of image representation.In this paper,the digital experiment of chemistry is used as the technical line to carry out the study of the students' image representation ability.This article is composed by four chapters.The first chapter is the introduction,which expounds the research value,research goal,research content and research method of this research.The second chapter is theoretical research,analyzing the meaning and classification of representation,the meaning of image representation and image representation ability,and the image representation of digital experiment.Third chapter for the study of the practice,the author has designed two rounds of practice research:in the first round by teachers according to students' cognition,the three digital experiment scheme design and presentation,from reading image,identifying image to using image step by step;In the second round,students choose the material of their own life to study content,design their own experiment plan,and carry out experimental research.The fourth chapter is the conclusion and reflection of this research.The research gets the following conclusions:(1)the feasibility of cultivating students' ability of image representation by using digital experiment;(2)to broaden the horizons of students,set up the confidence of analyzing image problem;(3)the image of the students to pay attention to life,improve the ability of observation,develop innovation ability.At the same time,we also get the following enlightenment:digital experiment affects the image representation ability of students,which is influenced by experimental subjects,experimental ability and theoretical level of chemistry.
