Some of the fluorite mines in the YanZi slope area of Luoyang have been used for production.The dressing plant in this area is not built on the basis of laboratory test,semi-industrial test and industrial test,there are many problems in the dressing plant.For example:The dressing plant build the factory by experience,the process structure of the dressing plant is not reasonable,the plant layout is not reasonable,the equipment and the option of the equipment is bad;the production adds medicine by experience,the dosage is large;the production index of the dressing plant is unstable.In view of this,the beneficiation technology of Luoyang Yan Zi slope fluorite ore is studied in the light of the purpose of supplementing and efficiently recovering fluorite ore in this area.The main research work includes:To understood the main mineral composition,chemical composition and fluorite embedding of the ore in this area;The flotation test is carried out on the basis of the characteristics of the ore,and determine the process and parameters of the ore dressing production;In order to improve the economic benefit of the production process better,the pulp concentration is optimized on the basis of the determined flotation process.According to the properties of raw ore and process mineralogy,the quartz-fluorite mine is mainly used as fluorite,and its main useful mineral is fluorite.The content of CaF2 is about 49%,the gangue mineral is mainly quartz,and there are a small amount of calcite,kaolin,pyrite,chlorite,iron-manganese mineral and so on.The flotation experiment shows under the conditions of the grinding fineness of-0.074mm is 60%,oleic acid is 800g/t,water glass is 500g/t,and sodium carbonate is 2000g/t,the fluorite concentrate with a CaF2 content of 94.27%and a recovery rate of 99.13%can be obtained by adopting the floatation process of subsection dosing,"one coarse,two sweep and six fine".Experimental study on concentration of slurry showed that pulp roughing concentration should not be less than 39%;When the concentration of the pulp is equal to or higher than 30%,the middle 1 can be lost into the tailing;When the concentration of the pulp is equal to or higher than 45%,the middle 2 can be lost into the tailing;The slurry concentration should not be the precise selection of more than 30%.Concentration of conventional flotation with high concentration flotation contrast,when the condition of the average recovery was 99%,the concentrate grade was improved from 95%to 97%the concentration of coarse concentration was increased from 25%to 59%,compared with the actual production of crude slurry concentration of about 25%,the concentrate grade was about 97%,the recovery rate was about 80%,the raw ore processing volume increased by 225 percentage points,and the recovery rate of concentrate was increased by 19 percentage points.If the conditions are sufficient,the paper still has some problems to be further optimized,such as fineness and grinding flotation process,multi-stage flotation process,water return scheme optimization,etc.
